Mr. Mahbub Mofazzal, FCS, ITP, is a highly accomplished finance and corporate governance professional with over 14 years of experience across FinTech, manufacturing, trading, service industries, and consultancy. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) and a registered Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) with the National Board of Revenue, he has worked extensively with multinational organizations in the USA, Hong Kong, and Bangladesh, contributing to business transformation, ERP implementation, project management, and financial management.

As a Director at Rejaul Karim & Co., Mr. Mofazzal leads business advisory, regulatory compliance, ERP integration, mergers and acquisitions, and process optimization. His expertise in corporate governance and strategic restructuring plays a key role in helping businesses enhance operational efficiency and financial transparency.

Prior to this role, he held leadership positions in Grameenphone Ltd., Howladar Yunus & Co. (Grant Thornton), Nitol Niloy Group, Epic Group, and Cocola Foods. Notably, as CXO at Bashundhara Group, he was instrumental in organizational transformation, strategic planning, and financial management, driving operational improvements and corporate growth. He has also consulted for the Bangladesh Navy (DEW), managing complex projects with a focus on financial control and compliance.
