Mr. Razib Hossain FCA is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) with extensive expertise in corporate management, taxation, VAT, legal affairs, and financial consulting. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK, along with multiple academic qualifications, including an MBS and BCom from National University and a BSS and MSS from the Institute of Social Welfare and Research (ISWR) under the University of Dhaka. He is also a certified Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) accredited by the National Board of Revenue of Bangladesh and an enlisted advocate of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association.

Prior to joining Rejaul Karim & Co., Mr. Razib held leadership roles as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of various Group of Industries. His extensive industry experience includes working with Grameen Shakti, Bengal Plastic Industries Ltd, and National Television (RTV). Additionally, he gained significant audit and advisory expertise at Howladar Yunus & Co., a Grant Thornton member firm in Bangladesh.

Mr. Razib has a diverse professional portfolio, working as a financial, legal, and tax consultant for various organizations. His expertise covers accounting system design, project management, project financing through debt and equity, tax and VAT compliance, business negotiations, and regulatory advisory. He has a deep interest in theoretical and applied research, with a focus on international accounting, IAS/IFRS, forensic accounting, social accounting, and capital markets, and has contributed to research publications both nationally and internationally.

In addition to his professional practice, Mr. Razib is a resource person (lecturer) at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), specializing in income tax, VAT, and corporate law. He has actively contributed to the development of taxation and corporate regulations in Bangladesh. His reputation for sincerity, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility has earned him widespread recognition in the business community.

Beyond his roles in audit and financial consultancy, Mr. Razib is the Managing Director of Bangladesh Superior Inspection Services Ltd (BSISL) and Director of Glory Mavens Ltd. He has travelled extensively across the world for business engagements, expanding his global professional network and industry insights.
